Registered Agent Service

Each state requires that you maintain a Registered Agent in the state in which your corporation is formed and the states in which you're qualified to do business. The Registered Agent is responsible for making sure all legal process is forwarded to you in a timely manner.

At Laughlin, going above and beyond isn't an exception, it's the rule. We will be more than just your Registered Agent company.

We believe it is our duty to provide our clients with the information and support needed to take full advantage of all the benefits a properly structured Nevada company can provide.

Your Registered Agent must:

  • Be a resident of the state of incorporation.
  • Maintain a physical address within that state.
  • Be available to accept service of process on behalf of the corporation during standard business hours.

Laughlin’s Registered Agent Service Includes:

  • Forwarding your legal and tax documents in a timely manner.
  • Notifying you of changing rules and regulations.
  • The proper documentation to keep your company in good standing with the Secretary of State.

(Note: Registered Agent Services are included in your Nevada incorporation package for the first 12-months and other state incorporation packages for 6 months)

RENEWING: If you wish to file your list on-line you must complete the order process by 12:00 p.m. the day BEFORE, your list is due. Failure to do so will result in a $75.00 late fee imposed by the Secretary of State.

Note** The $125 standard SOS filing fee does not include any outstanding fees from previous years. The Nevada SOS charges a late penalty fee of $75 for outstanding fees. If you are late and wish to pay this late fee along with your renewal fees, add this product to your cart.
